Chestnut Hard Wax Oil is a clear, quick drying blend of natural oils and waxes modified to form a tough seal on wood, making it ideal for many different uses wherever a tough finish is required, including areas such as wooden worktops, items that are subject to a lot of handling, flooring, and turned wooden pieces. The penetrating film produced will not peel or flake in normal usage. Hard Wax Oil is touch dry in four hours, depending on conditions. Not suitable for exterior use. Areas of high use/traffic may require further coatings over time to maintain the finish; simply clean surface thoroughly and apply another coat. Conforms with EN71-3 for use on toys and nursery furniture.
